La mayor\u00eda de los estudios sobre bienestar animal tienen el objetivo de reducir las posibles experiencias negativas procedentes del entorno de la granja que podr\u00edan amenazar la salud del animal permitiendo aplicar mejoras de los factores ambientales, como la luz, los ruidos molestos, la densidad del ganado, las instalaciones, la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades, para definir todos aquellos factores de estr\u00e9s que pudieran afectar negativamente al bienestar animal.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los m\u00e1s relevantes y primeros factores de estr\u00e9s a los que se ven sometidos los pollitos de engorde reci\u00e9n nacidos es el ayuno prolongado causado por las pr\u00e1cticas rutinarias a las que son sometidos en las salas de incubar antes de llegar a su destino final en las granjas. La privaci\u00f3n prolongada de agua y alimento tiene efectos negativos a largo plazo sobre la salud y el comportamiento del pollito, afectando a su crecimiento y al correcto desarrollo funcional del sistema gastrointestinal.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de este estudio preliminar es simular el ayuno durante los dos primeros d\u00edas de vida (48 horas) de los pollitos reci\u00e9n nacidos en un grupo control sin alimentaci\u00f3n temprana y un segundo grupo al que se administra un pienso complementario en gel, Licuicel\u00ae Complex, para evaluar la mejora en la salud y el bienestar de las aves en ambos grupos. Se han realizado mediciones ac\u00fasticas analizando y comparando la diferencia de patrones ac\u00fasticos entre los dos grupos utilizando m\u00e9tricas para detectar, de manera emp\u00edrica, el estado de salud de los animales relacion\u00e1ndolo con los resultados hematol\u00f3gicos obtenidos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-body registr\u00f3 el sonido de cada grupo durante las horas 46 a 48 ininterrumpidas para poder estudiar las variaciones de las vocalizaciones.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo Licuicel\u00ae (LIC) de la Figura 1, presenta vocalizaciones con un rango menor (de unos 250Hz) respecto al grupo Control (CON), la duraci\u00f3n de la llamada es sustancialmente m\u00e1s larga y presenta un centroide de energ\u00eda pueden ser un indicador de estr\u00e9s cuando hay un alto n\u00famero de repeticiones de vocalizaciones. En estudios previos se ha encontrado una correlaci\u00f3n entre la frecuencia m\u00e1xima de vocalizaci\u00f3n y la ingesta de comida (menor frecuencia cuando m\u00e1s alimento ingiere). As\u00ed como, se observan las frecuencias m\u00e1ximas de vocalizaci\u00f3n de todo el ciclo productivo durante los tres primeros d\u00edas de vida en la granja, probablemente debido al estr\u00e9s de transporte.<\/p>\n<p>Obtener valores m\u00e1s reducidos de repeticiones temporales y de frecuencia m\u00e1xima o pitch son indicadores objetivos de menor estr\u00e9s y por consecuencia mejora del
